The Weight of Quiet: Navigating Life Under Pressure is a 5-week, self-paced course designed to help you recognize the hidden pressures quietly shaping your mood, energy, and decisions.  Through short 3-minute weekly lessons and practical reflection exercises, you’ll learn to identify invisible stressors, loosen perfectionism, reduce emotional isolation, manage triggers, and build a sustainable plan for balance.  This course offers straightforward, actionable tools, no fluff, no overwhelm,  just simple strategies you can apply immediately to lighten the load you carry every day.

About the Creator

Hi, I'm Catrina Labrie, Licensed Professional Counselor, coach, and trainer who works with high-functioning individuals who feel misaligned. My work goes beyond surface-level coping to explore the hidden patterns and roles shaping how people live and relate. Using a trauma-informed approach, I help clients understand their symptoms as signals for deeper change, not just something to manage, but something to learn from and realign.
